Springfield, Florida

Springfield City Hall

Springfield is another small city in the Panama City-Lynn Haven-Panama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area. However, as real estate values took off all around the area, Springfield was left out. Some sources attribute that to the presence of a large and smelly paper mill and chemical plant on the city's waterfront.
